RAIN MUST FALL......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since around Wednesday the 9th of October 2024 Rain 5G went off in our area. We are coming up on day 4 with no 5G internet. Again, i phoned and the *********** support agent could not even see i am on a 5G package and insisted im on a 4G package. How funny to have such idiots working for you. Now i want to get my internet on back to 5G and there is no support or anyone able to assist. The manager is busy, and the network guys are not available. Do you even care if the Tower comes back on and be operational? I bet if this Tower was in Like JHB area near the settlements it would have been on and fixed immediately. THIS is unacceptable and I demand a manager call me or send some one out to fix the tower. So far with every complaint no one in management had the ***** to contact me directly as they dont care about customer service...... RAIN MUST FALL......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
