Rain Must Fall

Its taking more then 2 hours to watch a movie on Netflix that is meant to only be 1 hour and 30 minutes long thanks to the $&@£ service. Everytime its the same stupid excuse from their side. How about actually doing something about it and actually delivering the service that you claim. Otherwise just do everybody a favour and just close down as you are totally useless.
