No I have one outstanding invoice I will not pay for January as you saw I didn't pay December but continue not to suspend the service I logged soo many tickets saying don't open the service till I pay December you still continued to opne the service till date its open I don't use it cause I can't afford it and the only amount I will pay is for December it's not my fault that you are not professional and rip people off if client hasnt paid why not suspend the service

Why open the service is we have no contract if I don't pay then I shouldn't get the service... So it's not my fault I don't owe you anything for January as it's not my problem I logged soo many incidents and yourl keep saying it's escalated..... I've had an issue with this service since 2022 and each time I tell your to cancel your continue.... I want it canceled immediately and I want that amount removed I owe you nothing caus e it's your duty that if an account hasn't been paid you suspend since we have no contract

Log a payment dispute cause I've told you that I don't want the service and you didn't suspend even after not paying... Your agreement clearly states No CONTRACTS but you clearly don't follow that and force people into paying for something you could have suspended

Post paid how if the service is paid for when you start... You think yourl are smart and used to playing with People

Well I don't have the funds to pay that and reason the service had to be suspended so if you guys don't want to cancel or suspend then it's sad cause I won't pay even for January you till haven't suspended this service so it means IL be billed for January again for something I said I don't want..... So clearly it means youl will pay the service yourself cause definitely I won't and I am. Using it how if the router is at home and I am at work I don't connect to that thing as it hardly works due to loadshedding I've complained was even given a new sim due to connection..... If I didn't pay why is not suspended you still can't answer that then it's clear it's a **** i will log it with the ombudsman aswell cause you continue to provide a service I've said I don't want i didnt pay but you refuse to suspend the service
