Rain must fall

This is by far the baddest service i hade from a company in my entire life,the support team is a joke,i cancelled my rain where my wi fi where cut off on the 15th and today 25 march they colleted my rooter just past 12 and 14:20 rain took money out of my bank and refuse to refund it,they are robbing people not only by taken money when they not supposed to but by very bad service en very poor internet connection,shame on you rain for ****ming good people
