Rain must die

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I received a call from a debt collection company stating that I owe rain. I contacted rain on 15 November 2023 to find out why the debit order did not go off. I confirmed that I had sufficient funds in the account and there was no notification that the debit order did not go through due to insufficient funds. I called again on the 20th and the 28th of November and on both occasions I was told that my query has been escalated to the billing team. I have not received any feedback. It is now the 13th of December. I called again today and I was told the same thing that I was told all those times that I tried to receive feedback from rain. Do yourself a favour, stay as far away from rain as you possibly can. They are quick to take your money and all they offer is mediocre service at best. I’ve had issues with connectivity and now I have issues with billing and in all instances I receive zero support

Hi Lebogang Sehlapelo,

We're really sorry your rain experience hasn't been as good as you expected.

We're going to get on this ASAP.

Thank you,

Hello. I went to my bank they have have confirmed that there was no debit attempt made on my account. Also one of your colleagues have informed me that you have had issues debiting from your clients' accounts. Clearly the fault is on your end because as I said my bank has confirmed that rain did not attempt to debit my account

Hi. As I mentioned before, I went to my bank and confirmed that they did not reject anything. Nothing was done on my account and I confirmed that funds were available. You were able to debit the month prior and I did not make any changes as confirmed by my bank. And I did mention that I was told that rain had issues debiting from customers accounts by one of your employees. The fault is on your side not my bank
