Rain must contact people to resolve issues.

I bought my 4 G sim this week. This is the worst internet service I've seen. I can;t even send a message on Facebook which is free on some networks if you don't send pictures. I reported it to them and the response is a fancy e-mail which does not solve my problem. I will not recommend this to anybody. How do they expect us to work from home?
