RAIN- MOST USELESS LYING BS NETWORK. DON'T BUY THIS *******!

RAIN 5G Router and sim card got delivered on Tuesday, 5 October 2021. Since them I have been battling with slow upload speeds varying between 0.1 Mbps- 1.5Mbps. I have been calling RAIN Tech Support, sending emails with speed test images even send messages daily via Facebook Messenger yet I don't get the problem resolved. On Saturday, 9 October 2021 a technician came out to my house exchanging the router to an outdoor router. I was left high and dry to move the router around to optimize the best signal reception which was done. I've even changed the settings on the router to optimize the WiFi signal. The router is setup on my roof inline with the closests 5G tower 0.77 meters away yet I am still battling with slow upload speeds. I have on numerous occasions informed RAIN that the tower network is faulty with slow upload speeds yet I get ignored. I might ad I received once a call just to follow-up but that was it... People STOP buying this useless network's products as it DOES NOT WORK! Don't be fool like me believing it will work... IT WILL NOT! This company is run and managed by a bunch of useless *********** imbeciles that lies taking people for fools and idiots. I can't wait in two weeks time to cancel this ******* and get these heathens out of my life once and for all!
