RAIN MORE USELESS THAN WORDS CAN DESCRIBE

Received my unit at 12H00 on 25th October 2021 and now 18H22 on 26th October and still have no service

Promises to call back and get management to call has not happened. Agents lie and cannot assist and technical dept are even more useless as they do not call back and just send the same mail response over and over which does not help.

I do NOT recommend this company to anyone and will be making it known to as many people as possible both verbally and on social media.

People who promise and dont deliver

Sibongile Keswa - my manager will call and goes home with no call back
