RAIN , More like thunderstorms

I have experienced bad service before , but not like this one , after countless e-mails , attempted phone calls and how many online messages , i have given up , first was trying to order the sims , then there was a problem with my account , then i was promised call backs , then their system was not working , then after pleading for sim cards and getting the system to work , i was told my order for the sim card went through , not the device , needless to say , i felt like screaming , but just kept calm and reminded myself , there are other service providers out there , leave RAIN alone and advise them that they should refund you , if any one reads this , please , take it from me , they have the worst customer service and it seems like to do not know what they are doing , rather go to other service providers , i am sure their service may be rotten but is the worst ever , stay away from RAIN and their unlimited data offerings .
