Rain, more like Pain

i’ve had rain for the last 5 months now round about. I have the 5g R999 package that says pull get 700mbps speeds. i’ve never once gotten close to that speed ever, i’ve put it in the right direction, i’ve tried it outside but i still don’t get close to the speeds promised. Rains been fine with speed until this month, i was able to get 180mbps speeds and i was happy with that because it was really good but about 3 weeks ago the speed has been poor. i can barely get over 20mbps at times and just connectivity overall didn’t work. i can’t go onto instagram, i can’t use whatsapp,i can’t call people. This is so frustrating because it’s been good all this time and now it’s just disgusting and it’s such a pain to deal with because pay a **** ton of money for dishonest speeds and the duration of having good wifi is low. after 3 or 4 months of having rain the quality of it just decreases astronomically. i’ve read so many Hellopeter messages about rain and everyone complains about the wifi just becoming absolutely terrible after 3 or so months of using it. This issue needs to be sorted out, i’m paying lots of money for rain and i’m getting ******.
