Rain? More like PAIN!

24 March 2020 I bought a cosmopolitan magazine to get the Rain simcard as all retailers were out of stock for it. Managed to signup, rica and activate the sim successfully at about 6pm the same day. I managed to get everything sorted quite easily. I got speeds of 10mbps for the first 2hours or so.

Thereafter it slowed down but was still usable for my work requirements. On the 28th March i noticed the network to be completely dead.

30th March 2020 on the 6th day of trying the network i opted to cancel the sim on the web interface and it said it will be cancelled.

06 April 2020 - For interest sake i log onto the profile only to find the SIM has not been deactivated and only now after deactivating it again i got an email confirmation. Now my, well not my problem but rain's problem will be for them to debit my account at the end of the month. This is the worse service attempt i have ever seen.
