Rain more like hurricane

My home 5G has been offline since Thursday. I dont know how many tickets i have logged, the amount of calls i have made. They don't even have a toll free number. No technician has called me to arrange the fix. The whole house functions on wifi, I myself can not do any work because i don't have connectivity. In the end the i still need to pay my subscription for something that does not serve its purpose. What does one do in this instant??
