rain? more like draught

hI Aafter numerous complaints wich included phone calls and emails about a faulty rooter i finaly got an answer, this in now a week later. Now only to be told that wauting time for a new rooter is also a week, i am dependend on that rooter for work and school, it was the utmost poorest service i have come across ever in my life, government instituitions are more helpfull.It seems like they do not know what they are doing, keep promosing to call back and it never happens, very poor performance
