for the past 3 weeks i have spend countless hours on the phone trying to get my connection fixed, logged so many calls with their support bombarded them on Facebook and every other platform i can I'm shocked how easily they can just ignore a customer complaint and how they are not even concerned with resolving the issue i will keep posting about their bad service on a daily basis until they actually prove that they want to help

the usual excuse is that they tried calling but no answer what a load of croc and then of course they just send a email stating that they tried to call me and no response from me (show me proof of that and i will formally apologize) not that i think they will be able to

we have to pay for a service that is not even available and their support is not well equipped to handle customer complaints, even had some off their agents hang up on, but I suppose customer service is not important to them
