Rain more like disaster

It's been 3 weeks now of complaining and requesting also begging and no response from Rain... I get ref numbers and that someone will come out and yet again nothing is done.. Always paid but no resolution.. I would appreciate at least a if that's not too much to ask. Ref number (***) *** or ***
