Rain more like a drought

If I could give a negative rating for Rain I would. Drought is a more apt name for them. I did a wifi speed test and the speeds recorded were 1.4 Mbps when Rain claims to have speeds of 10 Mbps . They response time to an online query is even slower and took four days to call me .I feel that they should refund 85% of the fees charged as they are only providing 15% of what they promised .Do not waste your time and money on Rain unless you live in an isolated area with one of their towers nearby and have nobody else using the service and only then will you get the speeds promised
