Rain?? More like a desert drying out my pocket

Absolutely pathetic customer service!! I haven't received any feedback and if I didn't make a payment that actually wasn't required, I'd still be disconnected!! My next payment should have been the 25th of September but no, I was disconnected after being assured that it won't happen! Then made payment on the 4th and my next debit order date shows the 25th of October!? So was this payment actually required ??? I'm supposed to have R739 to play around with?? It's a lot of money and I can't freaken pay R1478 every damn month for a 40mbps line !
