Rain month to month policy is one sided.

I took up Rain as a month to month policy that they promised. I was charged for a month that the service wasn't provided. The explanation given didn't make sense either. I went to the branch (Rand stream) still I left unhappy and uncertain I no longer want the service cause I realise we are going to have more problems in future. However, I'm more concerned about the money I need to pay yet no service was provided.
