Rain money making privider.

Firstly I would like to thank Rain for absolutely nothing,a service provider that is nothing but a scheme to take those who cant afford fiber or have fiber in their areas to pay out of their asses while recieving the ****test service possible, not only that but also the fact that when you contact a call centre it is all foreigners answering your call and giving you no service at all but treating you like **** whilst you are the one paying their salaries this is what you call cost cutting.After month of endless struggles with network issues nothing can be resolved i was owed credit by these ****mers whereby my internet wasnt working nearly for a whole month which i payed for nothing was accounted for.Then when requesting to speak to someone from your country of residence they tell you there is no zulu agents working at the moment what is this company actually is it legit or just another scheme created by a foreigner to exploit us south african people. I will.be making a video and posting it on social media on a few things that we have uncovered from this trashy service provider.Thats why i say guys stick to local providers that have legitimate customer care centres and not these knock offs that provide consultants from other countries that do not know how to assist that are given a manuel on what to say.
