Rain money hungry no service

No service for almost the whole december. And still gets billed. What happend with the R1 for 3 months. I didnt get my december R1, thanks to your *********** employees. Keeps telling me to move the router when the router is damaged. And now you cut my service early. Its far from the 1st.
