May you kindly advise on how many months did I stay connected R 479 .00 package? My understanding I opened it on the 27th of May 2020 and the first amount of R 479 .00 was paid on the day see attached screen short, followed by the second payment of R 40 .57 that I took as prorata fee for May since I joined when there was only four (4) days left in the month of May 2020. Followed by the payment of R 1 181 . 10 on the 01 of July 2020 to cover the month of July and R 9 79 .00 that do not make sense because July was paid for on the on the 01st of July 2020. I cancelled this in July despite having paid for it already for the month of July, which was the reason why I gave the sim to my younger brother because he had access to your coverage and I did not have. Your explanation is poor and lacks facts and evidence, please kindly provide something tangible because as things stand you are not doing Rain mobile any justice. Please explain what service did I pay for of R 479 .00 the month of August 2020 that I do not use from Rain Mobile except the two sim that I have also now cancelled for the R250 .00 package due to poor service billing service.
