Rain mobile, worst service ever

This is the most *********** customer support I have ever come across in my entire life. For the past two day I’ve been trying to get hold of them but no luck at all. Emails are not responded to, chat site is non existent and the phone is worst. I called 7 times in one day holding for 15 min and still no answer. I got my SIM card on Wednesday it’s now Friday and the ****** thing is still not active. I literally don’t know what to do anymore. If this is how this company operates I think I’ll move back to vodacom. They might be expensive but at least they are competent. For a company with a handful of clients to have such poor support is unbelievable. It’s not even two weeks since their launch.
