Rain Mobile, The Worst internet experience ever!

I have the EXACT same experience as the following review

This has got to be the worst Mobile experienc I have ever had and wish I read reviews here first.

I can completely understand if a provider is experiencing network issues however there is no indication of any outages therefore I can only assume that this is how bad their networks is.

After the 3rd day I could no longer take it and tried to cancel the service via their portal but nothing is happening and I want a refund.
