Rain Mobile support is pathetic

I have been using rain for a couple of months now, and have had no issues until I didn’t have internet connection on my sim card on Sunday until today.

I have tried many times to get assistance from the Rain mobile support and haven’t had a positive response, no one has gotten back to me till now.
