Rain Mobile SUCKS

If i could give zero stars i would. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic. I have been struggling for weeks now to have my account details changed over to a new account to debit. Neither the app nor website allows for it. I've phoned, Facebook messaged and nothing comes from it. Every time a new agent phones and I have to re-explain everything over and over again. Meanwhile I am incurring unnecessary bank costs in keeping a bank account i don't want any more open because of this. So quick to take money, but never available to help when there is an issue. Useless, and pathetic.
