RAIN Mobile Sucks!!!

Ordered the 3 sim special, received the sims 2 weeks later then promised. Spoke to support at Rain because the sims are still not activated. Sent an email to ********** reply at all! Chatted online on the rain website to a support person, they said they will send the query through to the "network guys", unfortunately we dont have reference numbers she said....This morning i cant even access my login on their website....really pathetic start for such a long awaited mobile operator. No follow up , they just dont care!
