Rain Mobile South Africa is ******** me.
For an online unlimited data provider you suck at your customer service. I payed for the unlimited data R479 and have been trying to RICA the sim card since Friday 04 September 2020, yet they took my money and I'm still awaiting for RICA . How is it that an online data service is taking so long to RICA my sim card yet they already took my money. This is ridiculous that you guys just take people's money and not even provide a service. Please just refund me if you can't sort out my issue this is ridiculous.
