Rain mobile soooo Unprofessional

Rain is so unprofessional, the router was delivered on the 2nd July 2024 together with the 2 simcards, i have been calling rain ever since and sent emails but no response. The only response I got was an automated where I was given a reference number and told an agent will be in touch soon, today is the 8th July and no agent has ever contacted me. HOW LONG IS SOON? 1st *** 2nd *** 3rd ***

Including numerous calls. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED SHEM!
