Guys, my fellow South Africans.
Do not use these guys, I've been trying to cancel my service with them for 3 months now, but they keep debiting me.
I've logged a cancellation request 7 times now and receive a reference number for each cancellation request, but nothing gets done about it.
When you call them, you get connected to an international call centre, the guys you talk to just keep telling you they can't assist but will log the cancellation.
It's a squirrel's cage, don't use these guys they're a bunch of ******, once they have your debit card details you can't cancel the service (it isn't a subscription it's a monthly service they say you can cancel at any time)

Guys once they have your debit card detail you're trapped.
Disgusting considering they advertise this as a non-contract sim.
I now have more than 8 reference numbers for the cancellation but the debit order continues,
