Rain Mobile ****PY Internet connections

I moved from Webafrica to Rain, told ALL my customers and friends, and some of them changed as well, but now I look like an IDIOT !!! Rain is more Offline than it is Online,a nd I pay R 1000 for 5G service which I'm not even getting !! This is ANNOYING, as I am having to log into video conferences, and I am not even able to do that. Rain NEEDS TO SORT OUT THEIR NETWORK !!!! It's been over a month now that the signal is **** !!!
