Rain mobile poor service

I ordered a 4G unlimited data Sim on the 28th of March, my account was debited as soon as I finished putting my CVV number but to date I have no data Sim. I sent an enquiry email on the 20th of April and an agent quickly responded asking for my ID number and from then she went MIA. I then sent another email follow up yesterday and still no answer. Professionalism is when you respond to a customer but keeping quite is just unprofessional
