Rain Mobile pathetic 4G internet speeds.

I have signed up for Rain Mobile Unlimited 4G Internet. I am not even getting 1Mbps of download speed where they state that it will be closer to 10Mbps. I also have almost no upload speed, it is 0.23 Mbps on the speed test I did. This means I cannot use it for work especially now to do video conferences. I have spoken to their representatives now and have to repeat all my information every time, and nothing is being done. With my cellphone that is on Vodacom 4G, I am getting 12 Mpbs download and 4 Mbps upload speed. With my Telkom 4G SIM card, I get 12.5Mbps and 3Mbps upload speed, which works great for work and the video conferences I have.

I am extremely disappointed in Rain, and it seems to be a trend on Rain's side when I look at the internet and search for Rain connectivity issues. Many people are complaining.

I am at the point where I will cancel this service even before I really started using it. I have experienced such pathetic internet speeds 5 years ago with MTN and changed my provider.

I am really disappointed in the slow speed and with the slow customer response time that they have.
