Rain Mobile not keeping their promise. False advert of 5G connectivity

We signed up in January with rain after seeing the promising and enticing adverts of 5G connectivity. The service is so bad , they don't answer the phones. We hold on for more than 30 minutes without response. We only getting speeds of less than 20 MBPS. 50% of the time there is no connectivity at all . I communicated with Yusha Jardine, Wayne Kona and Themba Khoza. None of them ensured that as a client I am assisted to my satisfaction. They promised a technician will come through which never came. We agreed to terminate the account and still now they are debetting my account. I need a monthly invoice and the technical department to sort out connectivity issues ASAP. This is like **************** and taking away my children food.
