Rain mobile network VERY POOR SERVICE EVER.I am waiting for my Sim swap for 3 weeks now and they claim it takes 5 working days to deliver mxm. Customer service consultants are not truthful they lie every time I make a follow up. I do not understand why a customer service department cannot communicate to Logistics department, they cannot follow even if they see there is a delay instead the continue to lie, telling me they will escalate to Logistics as is "escalate" is a new term in the universe.
