Rain Mobile LTE service delivery is rotten to the root and stinks

The Rain Service delivery stinks. It is rotten to the Core. Since I started using Rain as my LTE service provider non of my problems were ever result I made hundreds of complaints and none of it was ever resolve. I am constantly serve by a consultant named Hadebe either he is not clued up with hiow to resolve any queries orhe don't understand English properly. I send him pictures of how I tried since endof March to turn on my limitation of using Data during peak hours. To date I am still struggling to reset my SIM not to be on during peak time between 18H00 and 23H00. Meanwhile the cost on my SIM being on during Peak time is escalating everyday if I dont get to my Modem in time to switch iot off completely. This Mr Hadebe is trying to let me look loke a fool by implicating that I am to stupid to torn on my spend limitation. Although Rain offers the best deal with their off-peak deal of R250 uncapped, I will urge users we wants to ghet LTE to rather use an alternative Supplier like Afrihost if you are looking for good anytime deals. Stay far away from Rain Mobile for LTE services
