Rain Mobile is USELESS!!!!!

Rain mobile is a total *******, firstly their network is never working no matter how patient one can be it always looses signal. The worst thing about them is the customer service too they never answer calls instead they’ll send me emails acknowledging that you’ve been trying to get in touch with them with 500 reference codes and yet no one ever calls you back or gets back to you!! It’s really frustrating that as soon money reflects in your account they are the first ones to debit your account they are so fast you’d swear their network or service was the same. I absolutely am appalled by their service and as a new network provider on the block they should be ensuring that at least their service is top tier. It’s distasteful that their devices and network never work 90% of time and to make matters worse they don’t have a customer first mindset. I’m so upset because I probably have more reference numbers from them than good service and good network. Their lack of being customer centric is going to be their biggest downfall I swear and I would not recommend anyone to use Rain Mobile at all they are trash in all spheres of their service. Whatever you do no matter how good their deals or marketing is do not sign up with rain mobile they are the worst!!!!! I’m so upset imagine paying for a service you hardly to never receive!!!!! I hate it over there I can’t wait for at least one of them to answer they phone or get back to be so I cancel this nonsense of a provider!!!!
