Rain Mobile is useless

rain South Africa sucks *****! A whole week with no internet! Been calling their line, no help. Their service desk is **** useless. Their online chat system is useless! Sending smoke signals would probably work best.

Don't know why they just don't send me a new sim card because they have figured out that my sim is not connecting to any towers nearby. Too freaking slow to think and react to sort out one customer.
