rain mobile is the worst - stay away !

rain is a ****. They must stop or they must be stopped. They offered me 2 free 4g sims. Two weeks after I received them, I lost my dual-sim phone that had the two sims. I called. I waited on the phone for hours and hours. I kept trying until eventually someone, with an Indian (from India) accent answered. She advised me to first log a call to have the sims blocked before I could do a sim swap. I did. 12 days later with no response from rain I called to follow up, having called and called, to no avail. A black lady answered. She was in a hurry. She said she would call. She never did. It's now almost 20 days later. I have emailed. No response. It's not the first time I experienced such a terrible service from them. I am casting a spell on them. They will go down. I am warning everyone to stay away from rain.
