Rain Mobile is nothing short of useless

the first 2 months was ok (not great but ok) and thereafter it's just been completely useless. the download speed is non-existent same as the customer service. been chatting to so many consultants that, after talking me through to the useless troubleshooting, the end-result is the same as all of them promise to "escalate it to technical" but nothing ever happens and I'm left to pay for something which I have no opportunity to use as advertised. also, their "map" is just smoke and mirrors as it's misleading because I've never (not even since day 1) had any actual speeds exceeding 1mb. now-a-days I'm lucky if I even get 100kb/s speeds.
