RAIN mobile is a CLOWN Business.

What a bunch of clowns! Rain mobile cannot and will not provide customer service... they are quick to deliver your device during Covid-19 Lock down but they use it as an excuse to not provide any support service. I am an IT professional and my device became faulty due to an unknown reason... I have now send 5 tickets waited 3 weeks gave them detailed fault analysis...the only reply I receive is that they will get back to me as soon as they heard from the network team... who they claim to have escalated my problem too. It really seems that they do not have enough staff to handle the network as no one ever comes back to me. all I need is my device swapped out witch I paid for anyway... did not come for free like they do now. To would be consumers be very careful of RAIN mobile they simply cannot deliver.
