Rain mobile does not rain

Been trying now for 3 days to get any signal on my phone. I used on of your sim cards in my iPhone 7. I drove to different locations all over Gauteng, in the middle of your coverage areas. I used the Apn settings you gave me. I have no service all over! Your support staff is ***********, no matter how many times I tell them that I am currently in your coverage area, they keep saying my house is not inside coverage area. Good luck, but you will not survive if this is the service you offer, or the type of support you give.
