Rain Mobile

Ive placed my order on the 1st of April paid expecting a delivery within the stated 5 days. I had then contacted RAM couriers who had indicated no order had been received from Rain, i had gone back to check my emails and i had not even received a confirmation email! I have sent numerous emails with no response from Rain! This is the worst service i have ever experienced, have no means of contact with them due to their call centres being closed no response to emails so why take orders if cannot deliver??? You are not doing me a favour i am paying for a service!!! This is bull**** you have taken money but not supp**** me with my device and sim card - should i take this matter further???
