Rain Mobile Data New Service Provider with bad service?

Good Day,

I've ordered a sim for Delivery 20th June to be delivered at 12pm, made sure I was home & paid the once delivery R120.

Ram Delivery Service came out at on 24-06-2018 at 4:30pm only & while i was at work.

Ive been sending mails & chatting to ram and no one will help get this sim card.

Rain Reference Numbers for calls logged & they were resolved, with me not having a sim card:

1) 22158 2) 24099 3) 29548 4) 36480

I spoke to Ram, i was even willing to pick up the sim. I updated the address to for them to come to my work & spoke to Rain & RAM, it seems to be no communication.

Rain sends up notice to enjoy free data for month of June, which im not able enjoy.

I'm really disappointed with this service.
