Rain Mobile Customer Service is pathetic

Customer service I received from Rain Mobile is pathetic . I lost my sim card, I emailed and called them a week ago for a sim swap still no response from them. They still wanna charge me to pay for data for a sim card I do not have. Their caller centre agents need more training because they suck.
