RAIN MOBILE ARE *******!!!
I have been overcharged for the past 7 months, and i am struggling to get my money back from Rain Mobile! I asked them to cancel the debit order, as somehow it has gone up from R799 a month, to all of a sudden it is noe R1330 per month! They say they cant stop the debit order, yet they can just increase it to almost double with no problem? How the hell???!!!!
Its theft and i am going to lodge a case of theft against them, as they dont want to give my own hard earned money back, which is R2600!!!!
Dont use Rain, they are ******* and they dont help their own customers when they ***** up!!!!

It is now 2 weeks that I have been trying to get the money ****** from me back! I am sick and tired of fighting to get the situation sorted out from your side!
I want the R2600 taken without consent, out of my account, and returned by you. I am going to send out a scathing social media blast detailing everything, and how you deny certain things that are downright ******** and untrue!
I told one of your call center agents to cancel the debit order, and he told me that the debit order cant be cancelled! So I asked him, if it cant be cancelled, how then can you debit more money than the agreed fee of R799, how can it increase with out my signature or permission? To which he had no answer and got flustered! THEFT!!!!!!!
