I have signed up for 1 month and canceled with because of their poor signal in my area and for what reason in Aug, Sept, and Oct I'm being Billed R250 and nobody knows why, the system i cancelled with them and they see I was billed, no update is given aside from them asking me to statement and promising to refund me, if anyone knows how can escalate this further please let me know.
