Rain mobile

I am trying forever to port 2 mobile numbers. Rain promised me the stars and the moon so I converted 2 mobile contracts to prepaid in order to port them to Rain. When I call them they give the option to press 1 for a call back. No luck. Did it twice and nobody called back. So I hold for 20 minutes to talk to a consuntant and I was told: I must remember they are an online company (with no e mail adress to send complaints to) Don't log a ticket on your online profile as they give preference to calls They dont have a specific turn around policy, but if my problem is not solved in 3 days I must call again. A really big disappointment
