Rain - Misleading information and false advertising

Phoned for an upgrade but just to find out that it is an additional bill on your existing account Upgrade on the 7th of Feb , received the new 101 router on the 12 of Feb but got billed additionally for the new upgraded router. So no upgrade they just billed me on router more, false info and false advertising, definitely not what the agent told me, even paid a once off fee for the new router
