RAIN - MISCOMMUNICATION/MISCONDUCT

My daughter took out a month to month contract with them for R699.00 , she paid and they started immediately then after two (2) months or so they cut the service just after she had paid for a new month when she emailed a query which they responded about a month later, they told her she was in arreas for some installation which is not true because we had installations from Telkom previously. She emailed to inform them so far no amendments made and the service is cut.
