Rain Mis Advertising unlimited data , when there is no network

I bought a Rain data card 4 g unlimited data for a month . The network only work for 24 hours , the rest of the time it could not connect . Asked the consultant to get someone from their management to call me and they refused . I checked with other owners in the complex about Rain and most of them confirmed it a problem . It is really miss advertising stating unlimited data when the network is a problem . Even more concerning if you cannot get to their management, who clearly are aware of this and refuse to talk to their customers.
